Dr. Nicolaus Loos is Managing Partner, Founder & CIO of DCCP.
Prior to founding DCCP, Nicolaus was Head of Banking & Markets at IKB Deutsche Industriebank AG, responsible for all banking and capital markets activities. During his time as Head of European Leveraged & Corporate Structured Finance, he built up the bank's mid-cap corporate & acquisition finance lending businesses across Europe. Before joining IKB, Nicolaus was with Morgan Stanley and JP Morgan in the Leveraged Finance and Sponsor Coverage Groups in London, New York and Frankfurt.
Nicolaus holds a Master degree from HHL Leipzig, an MBA from the Australian Graduate School of Management in Sydney and received a doctoral degree in Finance & Economics from the University of St. Gallen on the topic of "Value Creation in Leveraged Buyouts".

Before joining Beyond Capital Partners, he had worked for more than 23 years at Deutsche Bank in Frankfurt and London in the Group Treasury department, as an Executive Assistant to the Group Chief Risk Officer and in Institutional Equity Research.
Philipp holds a degree in Banking & Finance from Frankfurt School of Finance & Management.

Christian Burkard is Investment Partner at DCCP.
Prior to joining DCCP, Christian worked for more than 12 years in Barclays' Investment Banking division in Frankfurt, during this time he was responsible for Financial Sponsor Coverage in the DACH region and advised several corporates on C-level. In this role he led numerous Leveraged Finance and M&A transactions.
Before joining Barclays, Christian worked for more than five years in GE Capital's Leveraged Finance team in Frankfurt and London and supported the opening and growth of the Frankfurt office. He started his career at DZ Bank in Frankfurt and New York, where most recently he was part of the Leveraged Finance team.
Christian holds an MBA with distinction from INSEAD as well as a Bachelor of Business Administration from Frankfurt School of Finance & Management.

Prior to joining DCCP, Johannes worked as Managing Director at the pan-European debt advisor Marlborough Partners focusing on corporate and sponsor-led financing projects in the DACH region and other European countries. Before that he was Head of Corporate Leveraged Finance Origination at J.P. Morgan for DACH and the Netherlands. Previously, he was at Deutsche Bank’s Leveraged Finance team since 2012, structuring Leveraged Buyouts for Private Equity firms. Johannes started his career in the M&A and ECM teams at Goldman Sachs in 2007. Johannes holds a Diplom-Kaufmann (Master) degree in Business Administration from WHU Otto Beisheim School of Management and an MBA from McCombs School of Business from the University of Texas at Austin. Johannes is a CFA charterholder.

He started his career at Private Credit specialist York Capital, at Private Equity firm Hellman & Friedman, and in Leveraged Finance at J.P. Morgan in London.
Thomas holds an MBA in Finance from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania, a Master degree in Economics from the University Pompeu Fabra and a Bachelor's degree in Economics from the London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE).

Jörg began his professional career at Invesco.

Previously, he acted as Head of Strategic Clients at Julius Baer. Prior to this, he established a multi-generational family office for a U.S. Fortune 500 family. He is also the co-founder of Pensavvi, a global investor community headquartered in London that unites single and multi-family offices, hedge funds, private equity and venture capital managers, entrepreneurs, and senior global executives. During his 15-year tenure at Deutsche Bank, Ralph held senior leadership roles across Europe and Asia-Pacific.
Ralph holds a PhD from the University of St. Gallen and was a research fellow and M&A teaching assistant at INSEAD in Fontainebleau.

Prior to joining ArrowMark, he founded MB Consulting Partners, which specialised in financial and operational restructuring consulting for medium-sized companies. During his tenure in the restructuring sector, he successfully managed numerous projects across various industries.
Before that, Sanjai was Senior Portfolio Manager at GSO Capital Partners, a subsidiary of the Blackstone Group, and was a Member of the Investment Committee. Earlier in his career, he served as Assistant Portfolio Manager in the Debt Investment Group of RBC Capital Partners and was a Member of the Investment Committee.
Sanjai holds a Bachelor degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Wisconsin Madison and an MBA from the Eli Broad Graduate School of Management at Michigan State University.

In her 23-year banking career, Carmen was most recently Head of the Large Corporates division at LBBW and Head of the European Automotive sector team at Standard Chartered. Prior to that, she supported both medium-sized companies and corporations in structured financings and restructuring, and acted as relationship manager for corporates clients at IKB, RBS, Dresdner Kleinwort / Dresdner Bank in Frankfurt, London and Berlin.
