Carsten Eckert

Carsten Eckert is a Member of the DCCP Advisory Board.

Carsten was a Member of the Supervisory Board of 17 Capital, a leading private equity player, a majority of which was acquired by Oaktree Capital Management in 2022. Prior to that role, he was long-standing CEO of KGAL, an investment and asset management company specialising in real assets for institutional and private investors in real estate, infrastructure projects and aviation. Previously, Carsten was Head of Institutional & Pension Markets at Allianz Global Investors and Managing Director of HVB Asset Management.

Carsten obtained his business degree at the University of Hamburg.
