Dr. Ralph Welpe

Dr. Ralph Welpe is a Member of the DCCP Advisory Board.

Ralph also is Chairman and CEO of Mirai Capital Partners, a boutique advisory firm based in London that collaborates with families and entrepreneurs. In addition to leading Mirai Capital Partners, he serves as a Senior Advisor for ABG Advisory as well as KingsRock and the Linhart Group in Singapore.

Previously, he acted as Head of Strategic Clients at Julius Baer. Prior to this, he established a multi-generational family office for a U.S. Fortune 500 family. He is also the co-founder of Pensavvi, a global investor community headquartered in London that unites single and multi-family offices, hedge funds, private equity and venture capital managers, entrepreneurs, and senior global executives. During his 15-year tenure at Deutsche Bank, Ralph held senior leadership roles across Europe and Asia-Pacific.

Ralph holds a PhD from the University of St. Gallen and was a research fellow and M&A teaching assistant at INSEAD in Fontainebleau.
